Chronic Pain Bruised Feeling Directly on Thoracic Spine

Patient

Q: I am a 30yr old female and have had chronic thoracic spine pain for about 5 months now. It is a bruised feeling right on my spine around where my bra strap sits. I have had an x-ray done which shows bone spurs. One Dr said this would cause the pain and another said that it shouldn't because its only early onset. I have since had an MRI which showed nothing. I have had acupuncture on the area, which if anything made the pain worse. I have now gone to two Osteopathic treatments which again had done nothing for the thoracic spine, and started caused lumbar pain. The osteopath said my back and neck were a bit twisted and my back seems to be less twisted now but I am still getting the pain. Do you have any ideas as to what could be causing this? Thanks
