Chronic Stomach Pain

Patient: My fiancee has been dealing with chronic stomach pain for the past year or more. The pain is somewhere behind his belly button and a little above and also radiates around the whole front of his stomach. He is 20 years old. He has been to a doctor and has seen a gastroenterologist, but nothing shows up. He has even had ultrasounds and blood work but everything comes back normal. They eventually just diagnosed him with IBS and said that there was nothing that they could do for him. We even went to a different doctor to see if she would say anything different, but she just put him on a diet where he could not eat gluten, but that still did not work. Is there anything like vitamins or exercises that he can do to make his stomach stop hurting? I’ve just been extremely worried about him and it seems to be getting worse.
