Chronic UTI

Patient

Q: I am 55 years female Diabetic patient for 18 years. I have been suffering urine infection for the last 7 months one after another without any break. Every time I am hospitalized and given some antibiotics for 14 days in injection form and then I take antibiotic regularly at night. But no improvement, even though I am taking antibiotic, I am infected again. In addition, from urine infection, it infects kidney functionality. 10 days ago I finished my injection dose ,Cefaperazone plus Sulbactam 1.5g IV and now taking Cephalexin 250gm. Today I got my culture report and found that I am infected by E.Coli with colony rate greater than 100,000. I have visited many doctors and not found a solution. My creatinine is 2.0, WBC 11000 per CU MM. Please give me suggestions.
