Clip migration and severe left abdo pain

Q: My tubal ligation clip has migrated down between my womb and bladder and cut through my fallopian tube. Over the last 3 monts I have had increasing left lower abdo pain and have been admitted to the hospital 3 times over last 2 years. Can you plaease adivse as my GP told me that the clip can't cause pain but this pain is not in my had and it is increasing now also when I pass urine and have any slight pressure on bowel movements. I want to get the tube reattached and tubes taken out to have a baby but what are my chancess of it working out. What should I do if the GP wont believe my level of pain is at 9 to 10 and each month getting worse. I am only turned 37 yrs
