Clomid and northisterone

Patient : Hi, I have pcos and trying to fall pregnant. I have been taking northisterone for 1 year to regulate my periods which i take two tablets a day for 14 days then 3 tablets a day for 7 days then stop for 7 days for my period. I have been given clomid to take from day 2 to day 6 of my period. But this means I would start my northisterone again on day 8. I have been told to stop northisterone if i fall pregnant but that means if i fell pregnant i would be taking the northisterone whislt pregnant until a pregnancy test stated positive. Is this correct?
