Cold and flu with followed digestive issues

Patient

Q: Hi, my son (5 years old) had a flu like symptoms from last Wednesday. High temperature, blocked/congested nose, etc. He also complained of leg pain. Since then the temperature is gone down and is normal now, but he is still very congested and has chesty cough. But the last two days he started throwing up and it looks like he can't digest the food. E.g. when he throws up, he still throws up 8am breakfast at 4pm. Yesterday he also complained on abdominal pain (not today). Also since last Wednesday he has been home all the time, so no chance catching some stomach bug. the rest of the family is fine - no stomach bug issues. Would really appreciate if you could help. Thanks!
