Patient :I have many pounds to shed, I drink just water nowadays and do 2 hours of workout daily.and going to continue that for a while.I wonder adding 6000mg of Collagen ( type 1 and 3 ) as protein. will that help to suffice what my body needs on a daily basis? (3000mg in the morning and the other 3000 at night. on an empty stomach of course) and will that aid for my weight loss? Thanks
