Conceiving and use of contraceptive pills

Patient : My wife had irregular menstrual cycle.Doctor prescribed her Levonorgestrel and Ethinyl Estradiol combination tablet and told to continue for 21 days and again start the tablet on the first day of the next menstrual cycle.Doctor did not tell us that this is a contraceptive pill.She had taken the tablet for 6 days.Now if she stops taking the tablet, will her ovulation occur on the 14th day and can she conceive immediately ?
Symptoms:  Backpain, nausea.
