Concern about pregnancy.

Patient : I am 25 weeks pregnant and I went to my regular doctor and they found a spot on my baby's heart a calcium build up which they said was a marker for down syndrome..the test came back negative, but sent me to a specialist and the spot is still there and they done more test about Down syndrome. But my main concern now is that they are saying my baby isn't swallowing enough fluid and has a small stomach.i have to go back to the doctors in 4 weeks but really need a few answers about this stuff and how covers should I really be. Everything else with my baby is healthy she weighs 1lb 10 oz. and very healthy.
