Concerns with eczema and breathing problems.

Q: I'm scared something serious is wrong with me. I have so many problems at the moment....where do I begin! I'll start by mentioning that I am 32 yrs old and was diagnosed with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis at the age of 5. I'm currently taking Prednisone 15mg for the past 6 yrs, I'm also on a biologic called Cimzia (Certolizumab) injected sub-cutaneously every two weeks (although haven't taken it in a month), I'm also on Leflunomide, Cipralex, Tecta and occasionally Naproxen. Over the past few months I've noticed I'm getting tiny fluid-filled blisters on my hands and feet that resemble dyshidrosis. It appears the condition is getting worse. Last week I started having trouble with my breathing. I can't seem to catch a full and satisfying breath (I'm constantly yawning to catch my breath). I also have General anxiety, Panic attacks, and depression. Tonight I also noticed there are small red bumps on the back of my legs (not many but some) and under my armpit. Could this be serious??
