Confused about Sexual Health and STD's

Q: Does a urine test test for PID? Also I am so confused about everything I have been reading. I'm not sure if I could have any of the following. Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, BV, Trich, or PID. The only reason I am not sure is because twice now i have had bleeding after intercourse. I started a new birth control back in like January so I'm not sure if its from that. I also have had BV before. I have had a yearly pap everything came back normal. My sex is always protected with a condom and my bc. I did have pain during sex once before but I thought it was because I had just gotten off my period and also it felt as if he had hit something up there. The sex isn't pain full at all except for at the start and I think that is just because my vagina is stretching. There isn't a ton of blood it's usually only in my discharge and it always happens right after the sex and the next day or two. It is constant like through the day it's only when I first pee. I went to my gyno today she didn't give me an exam for anything she just had me do a urine test and then said she would call in a week with the results and then told me she thinks its just from my new birth control. Can someone please give me some insight on this? I'm so nervous and confused. Thanks
