Congested baby

Patient

Q: My 1 year daughter has been congested for 3 months straight. She was first diagnosed with pneumonia. THen after taking amoxicillin for 10 days she was no longer sick, but still congested. The month after that she apparently had a virus that last about 2 weeks the doc said. Then she got pink eye and an ear infection all while still being congested. She got over that and then got bronchitis. She is over that now and hasn't really looked or acted sick but the congestion remains. What is going on???
