Constant headache/migraines with anuerysm descovered
Patient :I've had migraines for the last 2 weeks which have been so bad I've had to go to hospital. I went for an MRI and the results say I appear to have a 2.5mm aneurysm at the junction of the right A1/2 segment, directed posteromedially which I have been told is where I've had my migraines. I have been told I can get a CTA which will give me a more definitive result but could cause infertility. What is the chance? What would the likely outcome be is the CTA came back confirming the aneurysm, regarding surgery or watch and wait?
