Constantly waking up at night.

Patient: How do you go to sleep and stay a sleep for more than 2 hours at a time? I am constantly waking up at night, every 2 hrs to go to the bathroom even though I haven’t drank liquids before bed. After the second time usually can’t go back to sleep. I know some of it is do to hot flashes that wake me up but I usually go back to sleep. I don’t have any lights on when I go to the bathroom. Spoken with my doctor he prescribed some meds but they really don’t work either. I would love to have just one night of sleep for more than 6 hours.
