Cortisone Injections?

Patient : I have been diagnosed with the following: bulging disc at C4-C5, bucket handle SLAP tear in L shoulder, bicep tendinitis in L arm and ulnar nerve entrapment in L elbow of L arm. Ibuprofen and PT has not helped. I have a desk job, which I know makes the pain worse. Can cortisone injections help and if so, where should the injection be administered - neck, arm, etc? I am also allergic to contrast dye, which I heard is used to administer an injection in the neck are. I need relief!
