Yes, if sex is performed on the very next day of stopping of cycles, some amount of collected blood can come out causing bleeding. But, if there is bleeding after 2 or 3 days after periods, then it should be investigated. See a gynecologist, in that case, to rule out cervical inflammations and hormonal disturbances. A pap smear investigation would help.
