Could this be diabetes?

Patient : Hi, I am a 19 year old college athlete and the other week I had a pain in my side, didn't worry too much it went away the next day. Then the other night I had to pee and it smelled I went to Google and it said diabetes was possible. I then read the symptoms and I am not sure if they are symptoms I am experiencing or the normal things a college athlete goes through such as fatigue, thirsty, (which I am not only during practice)and always hungry (which I am not) just mainly fatigue. And I have lost weight but I think that may be due to me not lifting as much or eating like I do at home. I am 210 and I came here at 220. Could this be diabetes? Please help!
