Could this be reoccuring pnemonia or something else?

Q: I have been having left side pain for about bout two weeks, I went to the ER a week ago and they did a CT scan that showed an enlarged spleen. They said they werent sure what the cause be and sent me home.Starting yesterday,I started have some chest pain and tightness. Most of the time its more of the tightness, although when I lie down it begins feeling as if someone is sitting on top of my chest and I can barely breathe. Back in December, I was hospitilized with pnemonia for five days. I have had a cough since then, but it became worse overnight. My bloodwork at the ER last week didnt show anything abnormal , but I am worried that the pnemonia could be reoccuring. I have also began to experience a hot sensation on my cheeks, my face is really red and hot to the touch. My fever right now is 99.4, I dont have any health insurance and dont want to go back to the ER unless I absolutely have to. Could you please help me? Thanks.
