Patient : I tore my gastroc muscle about 7 weeks ago key.l had physical theropy for the leg and was back to normal for the most part in 2moro weeks.Three weeks after the incident I started working out walking and light jogging on the treadmill for 30 to 40 minutes then some wight training.Five weeks after the incident while walking on the treadmill my right ankle on the same leg started hurting so bad I had to stop and I limped on i at work the next day.After work my ankle stopped hurting and when I took my boot of get ready to go work out I seen that my ankle was extremely swollen.I continued to work out for another week with no pain but the swelling didn't go away the swelling has slowly climbed up my leg and now my entire right leg is twice as big as the left leg it doesn't hurt but it hot and my calf and back my knee is starting to ack a doll mild ack? What should I do?
