Could you explain this MRI report to me I suffer

Q: Could you explain this MRI report to me. I suffer from back pain but the report didn't suggest what my doctor thought it was and I don't understand any of this. " The visualized articular facets showed minimal Increased Signal of intensity of the right articular facet at L2-L3 and L5-S1 . There is incidentally a small arachnoid cyst at The second sacral Segment seen only on the Sagittal images Visualized soft tissues appear unremarkable. IMPRESSION: Minimal inflammatory changes at L2-L3 and L5-S1 otherwise negative MRI Of the lumber spine.
