Patient : I recently sprained my ankle playing netball and while it is healing quite well and I am able to walk on it I find after a while my ankle feels like it is building tension then i flex it and it crackes quite loudly but it relieves the tension and feels better. Is this normal or have I done more damage than I originally thought?
