Patient :Hello i am 16 (almost 17) and am into going to the gym I have been going for 2 years now and have just bought a new product which contains vitamans, protein and creatine. I im slightly worried about the creatine. each serving contains 4g of creatine. Do you think it would be ok to take 4g a day 5 days a week for 2 months then stop for awhile?
