CRL 100% reliable?

Q: Hello. I am anxious my pregnancy could have the tiniest chance of being conceived 6 weeks before what the doctors have said my conception date is. All 3 scans have indicated the babies CRL and other measurements are accurate with the first scan at 12 weeks. My question is can a sonographer (3 different sonographers) be wrong by 6-7 weeks by conception date? I know I'm being irrational but it would ease my mind and heart to know the CRL is 100% medically accurate like i have read and can be out by 5 days maximum at the most, not 6 weeks. If I had conceived 6 weeks earlier this would be detected correct?

Symptoms:  Pregnancy.
