Cryptic pregnancy possible, how do I confirm?

Patient: I believe I am going through a cryptic pregnancy, how do I get this confirmed? I haven’t yet been referred for a scan, and have only been tested via beta hcg and urine samples.

 

 

Symptoms: Metallic taste, swollen abdomen just above pubic bone, cramps also just above pubic bone, weight loss, unusual period – 10 days late, headaches, sore nipples and areola very sensitive, heartburn, eyes are not the same, nausea, severe dizziness even when sitting, food aversion, increased appetite, painful hips and legs, lower backache, out break of spots, hot flashes, cold sweats, stuffy/runny nose, increased feeling in vulva, increased sex drive, can feel uterus 1 inch above pubic bone.
