I am a type 2 diabetic and on Diamin 500mg. I try my best to keep a low carb intake and I am generally successful in keeping my blood sugar levels below 180 mg/dl (10 mmol/L) however I have dawn phenomenon and I have it bad. I wake up in the mornings with an average level of 280 mg/dl or above, and then struggle the rest of the day to get it down to acceptable levels. Is there anything I can do?
