Patient :Dear Doctor,
I'm a 16 year old male and roughly two months ago I found )what seemed to be) a lump on my left testicle but thought nothing of it as I thought it was a blood vessel of some sort. Approximately, three weeks ago, I began to experience a little, dull ache from the scrotum. I have began to worry, so I checked within the last week and have found a fatty lump on the top of the testicle that is difficult to find but when squeezed it causes pain - is this cancerous? When I rotated the testicle so that the lump faced the skin surface it was slightly visibly noticeable. Is there anything I can do? It doesn't seem to be connected to a vein, but since I have little anatomical knowledge, I don't know whether it is part of the epididymis or not!
