Dear sir Dear sir MRI reveals the following: Posterior

Patient : Dear sir Dear sir MRI reveals the following: Posterior disc bulge noted in D6-D7, D7-D8 and D8-D9 levels. Diffuse disc bulge causing ventral thecal sac indentation and bilateral neural foramen narrowing noted in L3-L4 and L4-L5 levels. Dessication noted in L3-L4 AND L4-L5 invertebral disc. What exactly does this mean? Also the patient has severe lower back pain,wheezing and gyenaecological problems and is obese( 95 kg approximately). Are the MRI reports a cause for concern?
