Patient : I am a 44-year old man and the pleasure of orgasm has slowly diminished since I was in my 20's. I have been married for five years and our sex is satisfactory, except that at the moment of ejaculation, I experience no real pleasure, sometimes a slight burning sensation. The sensations are the same if I climax during masturbation. I have no discomfort during urination, and no signs of any ill health. I don't smoke or drink, am not overweight and have no heart problems. The volume of semen when I climax during masturbation seems to be the same as always. Is there any treatment for this, or is it just a normal consequence of aging? Thank you.
