Dementia…dehydration

Patient: Category: dementia or dehydration. Is 6-8 ounces of fluids a day enough to keep someone that is 86 years old with dementia hydrated? She doesn’t seem to want to drink, but she does eat 2 meals and sometimes sweets everyday.
