Depression leading to anxiety and paranoia

Q: I have been depressed for most of my life. I don't remember love, or happiness, or any emotion other than misery and anger. Though, I only get angry when people mess with those I am close to, or when I see a man beating a women, or something picking on the weak, I don't care what people do to me. I'm only 15, and my depression and paranoia (I'm terrified of things horribly, panic attacks, hyperventilation, nearly passing out from it) are so advanced that I'm losing my mind. I have no idea what to do. Though, suicide has occured, my philosophical thoughts are beyond that of the lust to die. What do I do, I have no idea what to do or where to go.
