Patient :Good evening,
I just wanna ask a question regarding diabetes.
From what I know:
High Blood Sugar is when there is too much sugar in the blood and it does not have enough insulin.
Insulin is needed so that the glucose can enter the cells of the body where in the glucose is used for energy.
If this is the case, low blood sugar is when the sugar in the blood is below the normal range.
Some articles i've read says it needs insulin. But my question is, what is the insulin for when the glucose in the blood is low? The insulin would be not much of use since there is low blood sugar level.
