Diarrhea for Two Weeks

Q: I currently take the following OTC medications: 3,000 IU of Vitamin D per day, 1 Prenatal Vitamin (for hair growth and supplemental nutrition, not pregnancy), 1 Vitamin B complex pill (as I struggle with angular cheilitis) as well as the following prescription medications: 150 mg Zoloft (for OCD) per day and 20 mg of Ritalin per day (for CFS). I also have approximately 4-5 alcoholic beverages a week, on average, which is usually in one evening. I also smoke cannabis daily. I have been having diarrhea for about 2 weeks now (seems to have gotten a bit better) and have never had it for more than a few days. I usually have it a few times a day. At first, in was green in appearance and now it is a normal color. It started after a night of binge drinking (had about 6-7 drinks in one evening) but am wondering if that was just a total coincidence. I would assume that it may be largely due to the alcohol use but I am wondering whether the other medications or drugs, especially in combination with one another, could be causing this too? I work in a laboratory and I ran a CBC with diff--totally normal so hopefully not an infection. Did not run a hepatic panel but am thinking that maybe I should, although I don't consider myself a chronic alcoholic so I would suspect that those values would fall in the normal range. Any info you could provide me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
