Did I permanently disrupt my cycle by stopping Birth Control 1 week early?


Q: I recently decided to stop taking Birth Control. I finished my last pack one week early, resulting in an early period. Now my second period after being off BC is early, following a 22 day cycle. Will I eventually fall back into my normal 28day cycle, or have I permanently disrupted my calendar by stopping my BC early?

Symptoms:  Stopped BC on Feb 7th with one week of pills left. Began period on Feb 9th. Now, not on BC, started period March 3rd. I was on Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo
