Patient :I am having trouble pinpointing the issue in my shoulder. I am a baseball player, and the pain in my shoulder begins after i throw the ball a couple of times. I stopped playing for at least three days, but the pain comes back after three or four times of throwing the baseball. To give a little more details, while the pain is active, if I wait ten minutes it will go away, only to come back after throwing three or four times. Also, if i do forward circles with my arm while i have the pain, I won't really feel anything in my shoulder. However, if I do backward circles, It feels as if there is a guitar string being pulled in my shoulder when my arm makes about a 160 degree angle with my body. Every day activities do not trigger this pain. The pain is not severe, but as I throw the ball, about three quarters of the way, the pain comes and has an effect on my accuracy.
