Patient : Ok, so I am 15 turning 16 in two months. I have a crazy idea, just for fun, i want to eat clif bars for a whole month or year. I am not fat but not skinny. I exersize every so often with insanity. I was thinking i could drink Shakeology or something along thoughs lines. I am taking multi-vitamins. If im right i should be getting more nutrition then i am now i dont realy have a healthy diet. Im not trying to lose weight but i just thought it would be kind of cool. I consider myself a pretty healthy person so i dont know. Thoughts?
