Symptoms:  Difficulty swallowing
Doctor

A:   Welcome to Ask The Doctor.
We are here to help you.
Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) is a possible diagnosis.
However, you might also be allergic to dairy products. But usually such allergies manifest in young age or childhood only.
However, you can ask your doctor to prescribe you a combination of Pantoprazole and Domperidone.
This should help in GERD.
Still if your problem persists after taking advised medication, you would require an Upper GI Endoscopy.
I hope it helps.
If you have any further query please ask me.
