Difficulty waking up

Patient : The past couple months I've been having a really hard time waking up naturally. I will fall asleep fast and get a long uninterrupted night sleep usually from 12 to 10am and it's so hard to wake up. I'm 24, don't take any medications or suffer from depression, I eat healthy and exercise often. What could be the cause of this? It's not like I don't get enough sleep, although I do dream every night for what seems like a really long time. I don't have nightmares just normal dreams.
