Displaced tubal clamp - pregnancy rate?

Patient : I had a tubal ligation in December of 2007. I had titanium clamps placed. I recently found out that the clamp on the right is displaced. It has moved up just near my liver and has some scar tissue around it. My husband and I were wondering how likely it is that we would conceive without intervention. We had spoke about having the clamps removed but then this was discovered. Thank you for any information.
