Dizziness, tingling, swollen glands, shakiness, and pain

Patient : I have a pins and needles tingling feeling in my head arms legs fingers toes genital regions and the rooof of my mouth even. This comes and goes as does my swollen glands in my neck. Also I have been experiencing extreme fatigue, dizziness, and difficulty keeping my fingers steady at ra.dom moments. These symptoms all seem to get better at times but inevitability. Always retuarn.some of this can actually get paid.full. is it normal? Or should ibex worried? Idont want to seem like a hypochondriac. By asking my parents to take me yo the doctor. ,
