Dizziness when exercising

Q: Whenever I work out I get dizzy and nauseated. It's not the nauseated feeling because I'm working too hard and out of shape, it's nausea related to the dizziness. At first I thought it was because the cardio workouts I was doing were too intense, so I changed to low impact cardio and I still got dizzy. Then I just decided just to run around my neighborhood and I still got dizzy. So no matter what type of exercise I do I get dizzy. What could be causing this, and would it be ok to take something like Meclizine before I work out? I'm not in particularly good shape, I'm a little overweight but not obese.

Symptoms:  dizziness, nausea
