Patient : Im a 25yr old Male. I started a new diet about 3 weeks ago. I eat a good breakfast lots of eggs. I eat oranges or peaches through out the day usually and once i get off work, i work out and have a protien shake for dinner. During the day, i get alot of dizzy spells, escecially when i stand up. Is there a vitamin that i can take to get rid of the dizzy spells? Why is it happening?
