Do I have a dropped bladder?

Q: I have frequent UTI's. I have lower back pain. I have a very hard time getting the stream started when I urinate, then I can't totally empty my bladder. At night I am constantly getting up, back to back, to urinate. Very painful intercourse. I have a bulge just inside my vagina that is visible. I looked online and think I may have a prolapsed bladder. I will attach a photo. I would like to know if that is what I have and if it is something I need to have seen about soon, or can I out it off a while? I am primary care giver to my 88 yr old mother-in-law who has dementia, is incontinent, and can't walk. It is extremely hard to get to the Dr. I would appreciate any advice you could give me. Thank you so much...Susan
