Do I have a viral infection or a bacterial infection

Patient: I have had a sore throat for a few days, a mild running nose, been feeling quite flat. Recently my dry cough has become more productive and I’m either coughing up large amounts of phlegm or vomiting up clear fluids. I have been turned off my food, and take a long time to drink fluids in-between my coughing spells. I also have a constant pain in-between my shoulder-blades which gets worst when I cough. I am just wondering whether this may be a viral infection, bacterial infection or something worst. Thank you
