As mentioned that you have high prolactin levels which indicate hyperprolactinemia and is the likely cause of amenorrhoea and also decreased libido as it blocks the steriodogenesis pathway for testosterone and hence lower libido. Get yourself examined to rule out any prolactinoma with an MRI and if ruled out then you can be placed on dopamine agonists like bromocryptine to decrease your prolactin levels and hence indirectly improve your libido.
