Patient :Do I need a bone graph if I have a hole on my upper gum that leads to the nasal? The hole is due to having a cleft lip and palate and the hole is right above a canine tooth. My orthodontist said that their is a possibility in loosing my canine tooth by doing the bone graphing. Is the bone graphing the only way to cover the hole?
