Do i need any surgical procedure?

Patient

Q: Right Kidney: show normal parenchymal echoes and size. CMD is satisfactory. No significant calculus seen, Mild fullness of renal pelvis. Upper ureter mildly dilated. Mild and lower ureter obscured.

Left Kidney: show normal parenchymal echoes and size. A cyst measuring 3.9 x 3.3mm seen in the inter polar region septations 1.1mm. No significant calculus seen No hydronephrosis. Ureter not dilated.

Unrinary Bladder : distended. Wall measuring 1.9mm. No intra luminal lesions.

Prostate : measures 3.4x4.7x3.3cm volume 28cc seminal vesicle calcification noted. Bowel loops not dilated. No bowel mass lesions. No ascites/ pleural effusion.

Impression:
Grade I prostatomegaly
Left renal cyst. Thin separation seen.
Mild fullness of right renal pelvis and upper ureter.

Symptoms:  Blood drops in urine
