Patient : I just popped my shoulder out at the gym while working out. The sound my shoulder made was terrifying. It was cracking and almost sounded like it was tearing apart. My shoulder has popped out about 4 times in the last 8 years and its beginning to get annoying to say the least. I'm assuming I have a torn rotor cuff. After my shoulder went back into place the pain subsided and my shoulder felt and still feels completely fine. Any suggestions on what I should do or what might be wrong with me?
