Do I need to see a doctor?

Q: Last Thursday I woke up with a sore throat, extreme exhaustion, and slight stuffy nose. Saturday night, vomited from a small wave of nausea. Common cold I thought, sore throat lasted 4 days until Monday. Monday I woke up, no sore throat, still exhausted, more congestion, but over all thought I was getting better. However Monday night I developed a moderate headache all around, behind eyes, no relief with ibuprofen or congestion medicine. With the headache came nausea that felt like it was coming from my head, not my stomach. Today is Wednesday and I have not been able to shake the headache and nausea since. Vomited once since Monday night. I do not believe it is strep throat because I don't have a fever and my tonsils are normal color. Do I need to see a doctor? 5 out of 6 days I've stayed home in bed and it feels like I'm just getting new symptoms not getting better.

Symptoms:  Congestion, head ache, nausea, exhaustion
