Does lifelong aspirin therapy needed in pernicious anemia


Q: Dear siror madam,
I am Vinay bedre (patient with vitamin b12 deficiency )from india,
i had stroke 4 years back...i counsulted a neurologist.who is treating me till now.
i am perfectly alright now .but my neurologist has asked me to continue aspirin 75 mg for lifetime .
my question is "Is it not better to take vitamin b12 instead of aspirin for lifetime?or will it be nessessary to continue aspirin therapy for rest of my life .which local doctor can guide me more hematologist or neurologist or a gastrointestologist
I am a dentist.
