Does my 2yo have roseola?

Patient : My 2yo son was just at the doctor about a week ago and was out on antibiotics. In the past 2 days I've noticed a rash start developing all over his body. No blisters, he's not itching, and they're just flat red spots. It's more patchy on his cheeks but just individual spot everywhere else. He has not been sick or acting different. Looks like roseola(?) from pictures but he doesn't seem to have the symptoms. Anybody know what this could be?
Symptoms:  No symptoms, just the rash.
